I believe you
Joe Lamb
After witnessing a mysterious train crash, a group of friends in the summer of 1979 begin noticing strange happenings going around in their small town, and begin to investigate into the creepy phenomenon. In spite of all the turmoil going on, Joe Lamb still believed in a happy ending. . Joe believed that his friend could finish his movie for the festivals. He also believed Mr. Dainard when he told Joe that his daughter was taken by an alien when no one else believed him. Most of all, he believed that Alice Dainard, the girl he had a crush on would be found alive.
It’s good to believe and to have people believe you and believe in you. However, it’s also important to believe in yourself and your own strengths.
Frankie Lane sang the song, That’s my Desire and made it a hit around 1952. At the age of 92 yrs. young he was asked to come out of retirement and sing it again at a PBS special TV show called, “Moments to Remember.” He sang on pitch and sang the hit song eloquently. It was the song he made a hit back in the day. Singers don't fade...They just keep going!
When you think you can no longer go on, sometimes it’s good to remind yourself of the good things you've done in the past. Bring them up to date, like Frankie Lane did. He allowed those who encouraged him and believed in himself.
Whatever it is that you love doing, keep doing it.
When all else fails, get up and keep going..
